A lcoal Mayville company is lookinf for a Customer Service Representative for their Fist Shift team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting customers & business partners via telephone & email
- Processing orders, receipts, and inventory updates in multiple warehouse management systems and/or truck management systems
- Communication owith truck drivers upon check-in, assignment of dock doors, and processing of completed paperwork at the time of departure
- Communicate status of inbound and outbound orders with warehouse personnel
- Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitoring progress of delivery routes
- Processing changes of cancellations to delivery orders
QUALIFICATIONS-
:- Prior customer service experience
- Customer-service orientated; interested in developing, maintaining customer relationships
- Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent phone and email communication skills are essentiall
- Ability to prioritize and balance completion of several tasks while being self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness, and eagerness to learn new skills
- Initiate process improvement- Goal setter
