- Wages will vary depending on experience

 - Setup & operation of CNC horizontal & Vertical Machining Center / Boring Bars

 -  Tooling selection & setup

 - Calculation of proper speeds, feeds, & SFM

 - Working knowledge of "G" code programming

 - Background in MasterCam or other CAM systems is a plus but not required.

 - Basic print interpretation including basic dimension & print call outs along with metric dimensioning & tolerancing

 - Abilty to accurately complete production cards & standard manufacturing based documentation.

 - Ability appropriately disponse of chemicals & any hazardous wastes

 - Ability to use computer based print systems to access specific prints.
